The creative department
you don't have to hire.
Not a video. Not a vendor you call once a year. A subscription creative team that works alongside your marketing people — or stands in for the department you can't justify building.
"We need more content."
You've built something real. The brand is growing, clients are coming in, the team is working hard. Then someone says the words that make the room go quiet — and you look around and realise there's no one to make it.
The phone videos don't cut it any more. The templates look tired. You're posting once a quarter, maybe, and your marketing director is begging for something that doesn't look like it was shot on a lunch break.
That's not a failure. It means you've outgrown the DIY phase — which is exactly what growing looks like.

"Let's just hire a team."
Five salaries — videographer, editor, producer, motion graphics, social manager. Six figures in gear. Benefits, payroll taxes, insurance, PTO, software, desk space. You're north of half a million dollars a year before a single frame is shot.
And here's the part nobody mentions: when the big launch is over, they're all still on payroll. The gear depreciates in a cupboard. The editor gets restless.
A predictable monthly investment instead of salaries, benefits and equipment you own forever.
Ramp up for a launch, ease off through a quiet quarter. Nobody gets hired, nobody gets let go.
Strategy, shooting, editing, motion graphics, photography and distribution — without managing any of it.
Beside your team, or instead of one
You have a marketing team.
They're out of hands.
Your people know the business and own the strategy. What they don't have is a production department — so they're spending twenty hours a week sourcing freelancers and chasing deliverables instead of marketing.
- We produce, they direct
- Content arrives ready to post, on a schedule
- Your social manager keeps the calendar
- One partner to brief instead of six vendors to manage
You don't have a team,
and can't justify one.
You need the output of a creative department without the headcount, the recruiting, the equipment budget or the management overhead. We become the department — voice, calendar, production and distribution.
- We hold the strategy and the calendar
- We shoot, cut, grade and deliver
- We can post and manage the channels too
- You approve, and get on with your business
Three levels of engine
Every stage produces the same broadcast standard. What changes is how much, how often, and how much of the thinking we carry.

Flagship productions are interchangeable — all film, all photography, or a mix, decided as the year goes. Exact volumes and investment are set in the discovery call, because the right answer depends on your calendar rather than a menu.

Beautiful content in a folder
doesn't move anything
Most companies fail at step two. The films get made, and then they sit — unposted, unscheduled, unformatted for the places people actually look.
Amplify is the distribution layer: posting, scheduling, short-form cuts, community management and reporting. It works as an add-on to any stage — or entirely on its own, if you already have content and just need someone to run it properly.
How Amplify worksStart with Spark
A six-month trial with no long-term commitment. Spark gives you the strategy, the roadmap and the cadence — with light-touch production — so you can feel what consistency actually does before investing in cinema-grade work.
At six months you either step up to a full stage, or walk away clean. No early termination fees during Spark.

No lite versions
Every deliverable meets broadcast standard, whichever stage you're on.
Up to 8K on cinema cameras and lenses. Professional lighting — softboxes, LED panels, key, fill and rim. Lavalier and boom audio treated in post. Colour grading and LUTs matched to your brand. Branded titles and lower thirds, licensed music, two rounds of revisions, and exports cut for web, broadcast and social.
Professional mirrorless bodies with on-site strobes, modifiers and reflectors. Colour corrected and retouched, with full skin retouching on portraits. High-resolution and web-optimised versions, archival RAW storage, a curated selects gallery, and black and white conversions of key frames.
Wardrobe consultation, hair and makeup on executive days and signature sessions, and on-set direction for anyone who'd rather not be on camera. Most of our clients use their own team — we make that comfortable.
A cloud folder with always-on access to final files. A private, password-protected theatre for review, watermarked previews for stakeholder approval, twelve months of guaranteed archival, and download-ready formats for decks and presentations.
What isn't included
All available as add-ons — listed here so nothing is a surprise on invoice day.
From yes to filming in 30 days
Thirty to sixty minutes, free. What's working, what isn't, where you want to be in a year, and which stage actually fits — including whether you need us posting or not.
Before we produce anything we work out where it's going: your channels, your competitors, the gaps, what formats perform. You get a written strategy report and a 90-day distribution roadmap.
A half-day intensive where we map your direction — brand voice, story concepts, campaign themes — and leave with a creative brief, shot lists and a content calendar.
Your first session is scheduled in week four, with first deliverables within two weeks of the shoot. Then it simply keeps going, month after month.
Who this is for
This works when:
- You've outgrown DIY — the phone footage no longer matches the brand
- You can't justify five salaries and six figures of gear
- You want momentum and a growing library, not a one-off billboard
- You're doing $2M–$50M a year and need the spend to return something
- Your marketing director is drowning in vendor management
It doesn't when:
- You're pre-revenue or very early — though do talk to us, we can adapt
- You want gimmicks rather than a strategy
- You need daily meme content and trend dances
We work with professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, technology and education — categories where trust is the thing being sold.
Asked often
Can we mix films and photography?
Do we have to pay you to post?
Who owns the content?
What if we need more than the plan includes?
Can we move deliverables around?
Do you travel?
Advertising is rented attention.
Content is an owned asset.
Spend ten thousand on ads and it runs for thirty days, then it's gone. Invest the same in a film and it lives on your site, your YouTube, your LinkedIn — searchable, shareable, and still bringing people in three years later.
A year in you have a dozen or two assets working for you. Three years in, several dozen. Five years in, a library your competitors can't buy their way past — because they'd have had to start five years ago.
Start with the Accelerator
A complete launch in five weeks — a cinematic film, thirty photographs, a month of social content and the strategy behind it — for a single fixed price, with nothing to sign afterwards. Most clients begin there and move into a rhythm once the first numbers are in.
